根据《云南省开云在线平台-开云网页版厅关于开展2024年度外国留学生云南省政府奖学金申报工作的通知》，结合《开云在线平台-开云网页版国际学生奖学金管理及实施办法（试行）》，我校拟于2024年招收云南省政府奖学金留学生，具体申请要求参考如下：
? 一、开云在线平台-开云网页版类别
2024级新生，包括本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生。
? 二、开云在线平台-开云网页版国别
以“一带一路”沿线国家及南亚、东南亚国家为主，兼顾其他国家。
? 三、开云在线平台-开云网页版专业
开云在线平台-开云网页版各培养层次所有专业均面向国际学生开云在线平台-开云网页版。具体请至开云在线平台-开云网页版官网www.swfu.edu.cn查询开云在线平台-开云网页版简章及专业目录。
? 四、申请条件
（一）年龄要求
申请攻读学士学位者，应当具有高中毕业及以上同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过25周岁；
申请攻读硕士学位者，应当具有学士学位或同等学力及以上学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过35周岁；
申请攻读博士学位者，应当具有硕士学位或同等学力及以上，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过40周岁；
（二）语言要求
申请本科、研究生、博士生培养层次的申请者汉语水平考试（HSK) 成绩达到四级或以上水平。
? 五、奖学金标准
（一）云南省政府奖学金全额资助内容包括：学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险费。
（二）本科生：35000元/年/人（4年）；硕士生：40000元/年/人（3年）；博士生：45000元/年/人（4年）。
? 六、申请材料
申请材料中涉及的各类表格、文书、证明等如为中文和英文以外文本，除原件外，还须附经公证的中文或英文翻译件。建议前往中华人民共和国驻所在国使（领）馆对上述材料及其翻译件进行认证。两页以上的表格、文本、证明等应当加盖骑缝章或者在每页上都加盖公章。此外，申请者必须对所提交材料的真实性和完整性负责。申请材料不实、缺漏者，学校概不受理。材料清单如下：
（一）《云南省政府奖学金申请表》《开云在线平台-开云网页版来华学习人员信息登记表》，须用中文或英文填写。
（二）最高学历毕业证书和最高学历阶段的官方成绩单，须盖有提供相应开云在线平台-开云网页版的学校印章。
（三）健康检查证明，须盖有医院或健康检查机构的印章。
（四）护照整本扫描件。申请人在境外者应持有有效的外国护照4年（含）以上，且最近4年之内有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在外国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）；申请人在境内者，需提供“外国人居留许可”信息。
（五）无犯罪记录证明。
（六）来华学习计划，中文授课项目（汉语言专业除外）的申请须用中文书写，英文授课项目的申请须用英文书写，不少于800字。
（七）本科学历培养层次的申请者，须提交一封高中开云在线平台-开云网页版阶段老师的推荐信，用中文或英文书写，须附推荐人亲笔签名，或加盖推荐单位印章。
（八）硕士研究生及以上培养层次的申请者，须提交两封副教授及以上职称的专家推荐信，用中文或英文书写，须附推荐人亲笔签名，或加盖推荐单位印章。
（九）申请人未满18岁的应当提交父母在中国境内居住的证明；父母不在中国境内居住的，其父母委托在中国境内常住的外国人或者中国人作为该来华留学生的监护人，提供相应证明材料。
? 七、申请及选拔方式
（一）申请者可通过国际学院联系人邮箱提交电子版，如被录。ǖ阶⒉嶂仗峤幌嘤Φ闹街拾嬷っ鞑牧。
（二）学校将对申请人的材料进行汇总评审，对符合条件者进行择优推荐，最终将提交云南省开云在线平台-开云网页版厅审核。
? 八、申请日期
申请时间为自发布之日起至2024年4月15日。
? 九、录取和报到须知
（一）录取结果将在开云在线平台-开云网页版官方网站发布，并且通过电话或邮件的方式通知学生本人。
（二）被录取者须在录取通知书规定时间内申请办理X1签证，并持所有申请及录取材料原件到校报到。
（三）如有特殊原因不能按时报到者，须以书面形式向开云在线平台-开云网页版提交情况说明，无故逾期一月不报到者，学校将不予保留其奖学金资格。

2024 Southwest Forestry University Enrollment Guidelines for International Students from Neighboring Countries Applying for Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship
According to theNotice of Yunnan Provincial Department of Education on Carrying out the Application for Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship for Foreign Students in 2024,?and in combination withthe Management and Implementation of International Student Scholarships at Southwest Forestry University (provisional), the specific application requirements for recruiting?Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship students at SWFU in 2024?are as follows:
I.Students Categories
Freshmen of 2024，including undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students.
II.Eligiblestudents
Students from Belt and Road countries, South and Southeast Asian countries and other countries.
III.Enrollmentprograms
Southwest Forestry University enrolls international students in all disciplines at all levels of training.
Applicants?may refer to admission guidelines?and catalogue of disciplines published by Southwest Forestry University on official websitewww.swfu.edu.cn.
IV.Application Requirements
Age
Applicants for undergraduate program are required to provide high school graduation certificate or equivalent education proofs and should not exceed 25 years old;
Applicants for master’s program are required to provide undergraduate graduation certificate or equivalent education proofs and should not exceed 35 years old;
Applicants for doctoral program are required to provide master’s certificate or equivalent education proofs and should not exceed 40 years;
Chinese Language Capacity Requirements
Applicants for undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs are required to provide HSK 4 or above certificate.
V.Scholarship Standards
Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship covers tuition, on-campus lodging fees, living allowances and comprehensive medical insurance;
Standards for different levels are:
Undergraduate: 35000?yuan/year/person (4 years)
Master’s: 40000?yuan/year/person (3 years)
Doctoral: 45000?yuan/year/person (4 years)
VI.Application Documents
If application documents (tables, letters, proofs, certificates) are written in languages other than Chinese and English, in addition to original copies, applicants should also provide translated versions in Chinese or English languages with notary seal. It is advisable that applicants contact local Chinese embassies or consulates to do the notary. Documents more than two pages should carry on each page official seals. Applicants should be fully responsible for the authenticity and completeness of the documents provided. False and incomplete application documents will not be processed by the university.
List of Documents Needed:
Yunnan Province Government Scholarship Application Form, Southwest Forestry University International Students Registration Form.
Highest education certificate, transcripts with relevant education institution seals.
Medical check report with hospital or health institution seals.
Scanned copies of passport (all pages). Upon application, applicants living outside China should have passports valid for 4 or more years and should live at least 2 years in the actual residence country during the last 4 years (9 months could be calculated as anfull academicyear for residence). Applicants living in China should provide residence permit.
Certificate of Non-Criminal Record
Study plan in China. Programs (except for Chinese program) with Chinese language as instruction media should be written in Chinese and programs with English as instruction language should be written in English. The length of the study plan should not be less than 800 words.
Applicants for undergraduate program should provide a recommendation letter from high school teacher in Chinese or English with signature and official seal.
Applicants for master’s and above programs should provide two recommendation letters from associate or full professors in Chinese or English with signature and official seal.
Applicants below 18 years old should provide proofs showing parents living in China; if parents are not living in China, parents should designate foreigners living in China or Chinese nationals as custodians for applicants and provide relevant supporting documents.
VII.Application andAssessment
Applicants can submit the electronic version of application documents through the email address of the contact person of International College, and if accepted, submit the corresponding paper version of the supporting materials on the day of reporting and registration.
The university will summarize and evaluate the applicant’s materials, recommend those who meet the requirements on the basis of merit, and finally submit them to the Department of Education of Yunnan Province for reviewand ratification.
VIII.Date ofApplication
Deadline for application acceptance is ?April 15th, 2024.
IX.Admission and Notification
The admission result will be released on the official website of Southwest Forestry University and students will be notified by phone or e-mail.
StudentsAdmitted must apply for X1 visa within the time specified in the admission notice and report to the university with all original application and admission documents.
If there is any special reason for not being able to report to the university on time, the student must submit a written explanation to Southwest Forestry University. If the student fails to report to the university after one month without any reason, the university will not retain his/her scholarship eligibility.
